We provide a free meet and greet for every new potential customer to discuss your pets needs further and answer any questions you may have. It’s a great opportunity for you to get to know us and most importantly make sure your pet is happy with us. During this time, we will assess your pet’s behaviour to ensure the services we are providing are suitable. Discounts available for multiple dog households
Our practical 1 on 1 training sessions focus on obedience and behaviour modification using force-free training techniques to solve a variety of struggles including loose-lead walking, recall, reactivity to dogs, reactivity to humans, nervousness, socialisation, separation anxiety, resource guarding and many other issues.
An initial 1 hour behavioural consultation is required for all new training enquiries to discuss your dog’s needs and your expectations of what you hope to achieve from the training sessions. We will use this time to assess your dog’s behaviour and complete the relevant paperwork, this information will then be used to form your dog’s personalised training plan.
Multiple 1 on 1 sessions will most likely be required for desired results. There is no estimate for how many training sessions may be required as each behavioural problem and dog are unique.
We offer a wide range of basic grooming services for your dog in our home based salon or mobile services are available on request. Your dog will be styled to your requirements whether you are looking for a manageable pet trim or a breed standard cut we will work with you to achieve this. We offer clipping, scissoring or hand stripping services as well as nail trimming, ear cleaning and anal glands. *Prices vary depending on size of dog.
Mobile pet microchipping services for the East Hull and surrounding areas.
Microchip your pet in the comfort of your own home by a fully qualified and professional microchip implanter for Dogs, Cats, Rabbits and Ferrets. *Discounts available for litters and multiple pet households
Your pet's microchip will be implanted using a small needle under their skin between their shoulder blades, we use the smallest needle possible in order to be less stressful for your pet. The implanted chip will have a unique number that is linked to your details which are stored safely on a national database called 'PetScanner'. So, in the unfortunate event that your pet should become lost or stolen this gives them the best chance of being identified and returned to you.

We know it’s tough being away from your much-loved pet, but we want you to enjoy your time away knowing they are in safe hands. Our staff have a lot of experience handling a wide range of pets from cats, small furries, exotic animals and aquatics.
During our home visits we’ll provide everything they will need including feeding, topping up water, litter/cage clean out, tank cleans ect.

Could not recommend enough!! Buddy absolutely loves his little crazy gang of pup friends and they have helped him overcome his anxiety in the car soooo much, he’s still not perfect but a million miles away from the crying howling dog we once had in the car. And the girls who walk Buddy really do love him and care for him which makes us feel so much better. Thank you x
